Una vez más han trascendido desde Tribeca New York Music, comentarios elogiosos sobre él artista, por parte de gente notable como Diana Cristy (reputada escritora norteamericana de gran influencia en la sociedad actual), Sharon Stone (actriz, productora y modelo estadounidense), Michelle Pfeiffer (actriz estadounidense), Inma Heredia (actriz española residente en New York), Raquel Martinez Rabanal (periodista y actriz española), Mirta Silvia Tabares (pintora francesa), Osmar Nuñez (actor argentino), Aldo Gomez di Giusseppe (actor y dramaturgo argentino), Rafael Granados (periodista argentino) entre otros.

— ¿Qué influencia tienen esos elogios sobre el éxito comercial de tu trabajo?

— Tienen importancia en mi espíritu. No creo que influyan en otro sentido. Diana Cristy ha publicado un cálido elogio respecto de mi trabajo que ha sido reproducido en mis páginas de Facebook y en las de Tribeca New York Music.

— ¿Has mantenido alguna relación afectiva con alguna de las mujeres que te elogian?

— ¡Nunca, ja ja ja! ¡Mucho lo he deseado! Pero, hablando seriamente, hace muchos años que estoy en pareja y casado con una mujer extraordinaria y ninguna circunstancia ha cambiado mi vida privada.

— Eres un artista y esta condición está muy influida por las pasiones. ¿Nunca te has sido tentado por el impulso de una pasión que te llevara a realizar acciones que contradicen el equilibrio amoroso?

— Sí, como casi todos los seres humanos. Pero hay una etapa de la vida en la que, como decía Pablo Milanés (cantante y compositor cubano): "en cada beso, cada abrazo se impone siempre un pedazo de razón". Repito con frecuencia: cuando las hormonas dejan de gobernarnos nos liberamos de una pesada carga y volvemos a amar con la transparencia de la niñez o la primera adolescencia.

— ¿Es posible que tu romanticismo a ultranza atraiga a las mujeres?

— Mi romanticismo influye mucho los textos que canto. El público suele atribuir al intérprete las historias que este canta. A veces es así, la obra describe la intimidad del alma de un artista. La diferencia aparece cuando una persona (hombre o mujer) imagina que al tener una relación con ese artista la tendría con el personaje que dicho artista representa. Y nunca es igual. Una cosa es enamorarse de Julieta y otra es tener una relación con la actriz que se viste de Julieta.

— ¿Te ha sucedido algo así?

— Le ha sucedido a alguna que otra mujer al relacionarse conmigo.Pero hace ya muchos años.

— ¿Por qué no le sucedió a tu esposa?

— Porque ella me conoció antes de toda esta locura que es el espectáculo.

— ¿Qué debemos esperar de Jhosemaria De Niro en los próximos meses?

— Más de lo mismo, pero diferente. Todavía estamos inmersos en la grabación de “Cosmogonía de mi alma” o Jhosemaria De Niro canta a Astor Piazzolla. Aún no sabemos cómo lo titulará la Compañía. El título está sujeto a la cantidad de caracteres que admite el Distribuidor, lo que criticamos. Pero así es el mundo digital. De todos modos, es mucho mejor que en el pasado. Cuando el álbum se publique, en un "click" estará disponible en todo el planeta el mismo día. Eso sí es una excelente noticia.

— What influence does this praise have on the commercial success of your work?

— In my mind, they are important. I don't think they influence me in any other way. Diana Cristy has posted warm praise for my work, which has been reproduced on my Facebook and Tribeca New York Music pages.

— Have you had an affective relationship with any of the women who praise you?

— Never, ha ha ha! I wanted to! But seriously, I've been in a relationship for many years and I'm married to an extraordinary woman and no circumstance has changed my private life.

— You are an artist and this state is very much influenced by passions. Have you never been tempted by the impulse of a passion that led you to perform actions that contradicted the balance of love?

— Yes, like almost all people. But there is a stage in life when, as Pablo Milanés (Cuban singer and composer) used to say, "in every kiss, in every embrace, there is always a piece of reason".I often say that when hormones cease to rule, we free ourselves from a heavy burden and return to love with the transparency of childhood or early adolescence.

— Is it possible that your extreme romanticism attracts women?

— My romanticism has a strong influence on the lyrics I sing. Audiences often attribute the stories they hear to the singer. Sometimes it is like that, the work describes the intimacy of the soul of an artist.The difference appears when a person (man or woman) imagines that by having a relationship with this artist, they would have a relationship with the character that the artist represents. And it is never the same. It is one thing to fall in love with Juliet and another to have a relationship with the actress dressed as Juliet.

— Has this ever happened to you?

— It has happened to one or two other women in a relationship with me. But that was many years ago.

— Why didn't it happen to your wife?

— Because she knew me before all this madness that is the show.

— What we can expect from Jhosemaria De Niro in the coming months?

— More of the same, but different. We are still immersed in the recording of “Cosmogonía de mi alma” or Jhosemaria De Niro sings Astor Piazzolla ( we still don't know how the Company will title it.
